Refund Policy

Before you request a return, check the return policy and other information.   

  • Buyers is responsible for paying the return shipping and should ship the item(s) back with valid tracking number.
  • If you do not do that, we can reject your return and no refund will be issued.
  • We will accept return within 14 business days after the purchase date.
  • The product is undamaged and unused with all original packaging or labels attached
  • Once returned, we will refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
  • If photos of the item would be helpful for documenting the condition of the item you bought and received, you can send the photos to . You can send as many as 10 photos (PNG, JPEG, BMP, or GIF; max size 5MB).
  • We'll provide you with a return shipping label. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to us. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return. It's a good practice to include tracking information when returning an item.

We refund you within 6 business days of receiving the returned item. Once the original item is shipped back, we will ship the new item to you within 5 business days.
